Conditions of delivery and Payment

International Traffic

Transport of orders for international traffic we organize through  
POST EXPORT (EMS) service.

Price of delivery depends exclusively on the price of the package.

Payment methods are:

- Payment over foreign currency bank account in Euro currency 
- Payment over Visa, Mastercard and Paypal
- Payment over Western union

You will get payment instructions in Email after the order confirmation and after we check the order (24h-48h)

Delivery fee through EMS (Mail):

Price for delivery will show in cart when you register and choose country, it depends on the price of the order.

Note: you might pay customs duties and taxes in your country when receiving the order, it depends on country. 

Domestic traffic (in Serbia). 

Transport package for internal traffic are organized through post express service.

Price of delivery depends exclusively on the mass of the package. 


Payment methods are: 

1.Payment on delivery 

2.Payment over bank accounts for companies.

Delivery fee 

Price fee will show in cart when you register and choose country and depends on the weight of the package. 

When you order something, in a period of 10-30 working days you will be contacted by our representative to confirm order/s. 
As soon as the order is confirmed, we will begin the procedure of delivery 
Order should be delivered at your home address within 24 hours after our representative has confirmed your order/s (pay on delivery),  
If you pay over bank account, expect delivery within 10-30 working days after payment verification.
The delivery is not performed on Sundays. 

Note: Note: If you decide to pay on delivery, post express will charge you an additional fee of 1% of the goods value
(About 25 RSD for a blouse ). 

Replacement goods 

If the products are not appropriate size you have the right to exchange the size, and you can do it by sending it at next address
